Families - 6/9/2023 Confirmed reviews ALL It is really worth mentioning this hotel has friendly facilities for family. Spacious room I would say compare to other hotels for same typical room. Variety of foods which is very attractive for my kids. And champion is the pool, it is brilliant to have warm water not only for kids pool but also on the adult side. It is also open until 9pm. So myself dont need to worry after travelling around Bandung & Lembang, then still have time to let kids swimming. Pas hari H saya stay saya berulang kali di telp oleh pihak hotel ditanya mau check in jam berapa, karna saya jalan² dulu jadi ya saya gak bisa memastikan. Sata kita ditelp terus itu karna saya bagian dari member accor plus tapi ternyata di telp terus karna dikira saya belum bayar, padahal saya udah melakukan pembayaran via trf dari H-1 tapi gak direspon, bahkan terlewat. Pas check in baru ditagih pembayaran dan baru dicek bahkan saya haru resend dulu bukti trf nya. Saran aja mungkin lain kali lebih aware ataupun dicek kalau ada WA yang masuk. Jangan sampe aja kejadian kamar dikasih ke oranglain karna dikira belum bayar.
